I purchase what I thought were complete cupcake boxes....a 10 pack at a good rate....turned out to be just inserts. The inserts weren't even that great. They looked to be about 10 years old and off color....not exactly white like they should be....they looked "old." I didn't realize they were shipping from Canada and then the shipping and handling turned out to be twice as much as the product. I couldn't use the inserts and went and bought four spot cupcake boxes with box AND insert at Michael's for a very decent price. Wish I went there first. I would look into Wilton boxes or just check out another local craft type store if you need some boxes. Wilton carries a set of 3 complete cupcake boxes for about five dollars at Michael's.....no shipping fee from Canada.
