This is almost perfect. If I were to improve the design I would add something to make it stabilize on the oven rack better. I like to set it onto a cookie sheet now because the top portion of the giant cupcake can make it teeter a little.
My 10 year old daughter asked for this for Christmas; she's probably baked 3 giant cupcakes since and loved it. More fun than a plain cake and so easy to get the cake out of the pan because the finish is so heavy and slick.
