Ordered 8/12. Received email 8/16 stating item had shipped. Received 2nd email 8/17 stating "shipping update: order shipped 8/15." Received item 8/23, too late for party, and stamp on box says shipped 8/20. If they had shipped when they said they did instead of 8 days after receiving my order (and my money), it would have arrived in time. Very disappointed and had to scramble to find an alternative cake decoration.
