great for larger chocolate candies, I use this mold to make chocolate covered coconut candy, you can use it to make chocolate shells to put whatever filling you like in and the seal with chocolate, caramel filled, chocolate ganache for truffles or even fruit! Haven't tried making hard candies with them yet but it should work as they are safe to 446 degrees Fahrenheit.
