I saw this cupcake pan on an infomercial but didn't want to order from them. I had an Amazon gift card I had gotten for Christmas and found it on the Amazon website. I made cupcakes with peanut butter cup centers and mint pattie centers. They were awesome! You can use fruit or just about anything you want. I was skeptical about the centers running out the bottom of the cupcake, but they didn't at all. The pan cleans easily too. Next I will try corn muffins with jalapeno cheese centers. I highly recommend this pan for a new twist on cupcakes.
