Pan worked great. I was worried it would be to round to sit without props in the oven but not the case. I greased, floured the pan and it worked the same as a regular metal pan. We used a thin spatula to loosen the cake and tapped it until it came out all in one piece. It took about 35 minutes to bake a boxed chocolate cake ( filled halfway full ) at 325 degrees.
