I received this as a birthday gift and was skeptical about it, as I'm typically one who likes to make everything from scratch and find it hard to feel I really BAKED if I've taken any shortcuts. However, I was baking a giant batch of cupcakes for my classes the next day and was very short on time, so I took it out of the package and gave it a shot. It was fantastic! It cooks each set in less than 10 minutes, they remove SUPER easy and since it's so hot and nonstick, there is no mess to clean up when you spill batter when pouring into the molds- it just comes right after it's baked. On top of that, the cupcakes were moist, but airy! I highly recommend this product for anyone that bakes often and is just looking for something to cut down on the time and cleaning.
