For my sons birthday party we got a cake from the grocery store, but i also deciaded to make cupcakes. We decorated them with blue icing and blue sprinkles and stuck the fish in the middle. I still have half of a cake but absolutely NO cupcakes left! These picks fit our theme perfectly and my son thought they were very cool.
