I ordered 50 of the Big Birthday Cake Sparklers for use at a hotel banquet -- a Centenial Celebration. The wait staff lined up with a round layer cake for each table and one sparkler on each cake. The sparklers were lit just as the staff entered the dining hall. With the lights dimmed,and music playing, the staff moved quickly to each table delivering a sparkling cake. The wait staff returned for more cakes until all were delivered. There was a dramatic and exciting glow and glitz to the room for the cake delivery. We did make an announcement, requesting all guests remain seated for several minutes, for their safety, until desert was served in a very exciting way. It was wonderful! There was no burn off or residue on the cakes. I do highly recommend these.
