These cupcakes are beautiful and it did came with a silver plate. You can move all objects freely. The cakes are light, soft, and delicate. The cakes are made out of foam; product is a bit pricy for a bunch of foam. Fake foods from this manufacturer has a nauseating toxic smell. I would just buy it for the silver plate.
