The quality is good, the fabric is a nice weight... it is a real cooks apron in a junior size -- not a toy apron. I worried about the size maybe being too small but it seems that "junior" is the right way to view it.
My 11-year old niece will love this apron. She loves to help out in the kitchen with me and once a week makes dinner for her family with her Grandmother. I wear aprons when I cook and my niece has been my assistant in the kitchen since she was a very little girl. When cooking with me, she loves wearing an apron. She'll be cute as can be in her very own real apron.
