I've only used this once--it's new--but it's great! Unlike my need-to-be-covered-in-sauce ugly meatballs made in a frying pan, these meatballs stayed round, not cone shaped. None of the meat ended up stuck to the bottom of my frying pan or swimming in grease. They were evenly cooked and juicy. I'd say the meatballs turned out perfectly and it was EASY! Clean up isn't a problem either. I may want another pan for bigger batches!
